Job summary

Harmoni Preschool @ Kallang PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a passionate Infant Educator to join our infant care team.

You will work under supervision to provide quality care and early learning experiences for infants aged 2 to 18 months, ideal for newcomers in the sector who seek growth in professional practice. Under supervision, you will implement infant care routines, assist with curriculum activities, observe milestones, and maintain open communication with parents.

Qualifications

• HCIC or ACEY equivalent qualification recognised by ECDA.
• Passion for working with infants and young children.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit to manage infant caregiving demands.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Infant Educator to join our infant care team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide responsive caregiving routines (feeding, diapering, sleep) under supervision
• Assist in implementing infant care curriculum and planned activities
• Observe and document infant development milestones under guidance
• Support a safe, nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment
• Maintain open communication with parents/caregivers on daily infant progress
• Adhere to ECDA licensing conditions and centre safety protocols

Requirements

• HCIC or ACEY equivalent qualification recognised by ECDA
• Passion for working with infants and young children
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit to manage infant caregiving demands

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience or practicum placement in an infant care setting
• Basic knowledge of infant development milestones
