Job summary

Active Manpower Resources Pte Ltd is seeking staff to assist in planning, implementing, and documenting developmentally appropriate teaching and caregiving in early childhood settings in Singapore.

The role supports observation, documentation of children’s learning, and the integration of respectful, responsive, and reciprocal interactions within the curriculum, under ECDA guidelines.

Qualifications

• HCIC is required as the base credential.
• ACEY and ACECCE are recognised early years qualifications.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education preferred or required by ECDA.

Education

Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC)

• Assist in observation and documentation of children's learning.
• Assist in integrating respectiveness, responsiveness and reciprocity within the curriculum.

Interactions & Relationships

• Display sensitivity to each child's needs (within a group setting) through respectful, responsiveness and reciprocal interactions and relationships with children.
• Support children's development of secure attachments through warm, consistent and nurturing caregiving.

Healthy, Safety & Nutrition

• Adhere to health, safety, nutritional and hygiene standards and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC)

• Advance Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ACECCE)
