Job summary

Busy Bees Asia is hiring an Infant Care Teacher to care for infants within the Busy Bees infant care programme. You will plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum, and support the learning journey under guidance from programme specialists.

You must hold relevant infant care qualifications and EY1 certification, with strong communication and teamwork skills to engage with families and staff. Training and collaboration are emphasized for delivering quality care.

Qualifications

• Higher certificate in Infant Care or advanced certificate in Early Years, or an equivalent qualification.
• EY1 certification required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good command of English or Mandarin, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement curriculum and programmes appropriate for the child’s development.
• Build collaborative stakeholder relationships among centres staff and families.
• Manage family and community programmes as we believe in contributing back.
• Conduct routine caregiving and seek improvements to deliver better quality.
