Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an Infant Care Teacher in Singapore to care for infants under their programme with guidance from specialists and a support team. You will plan curricula, create engaging learning materials, and build strong partnerships with families and staff.

The role requires EY1 certification or higher, English/Mandarin proficiency, and the ability to work independently and in a team, delivering high-quality caregiving and developmental activities.

Qualifications

• Must have either Higher Certificate in Infant Care or Advanced Certificate in Early Years.
• Must be EY1 certified.
• Good interpersonal and organization skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Able to communicate well with internal & external customers.
• Good command of English or Mandarin - verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement curriculum and programmes appropriate for the child's development.
• Develop learning materials to enhance quality of learning environment.
• Build collaborative stakeholder relationships with centre staff and families.
• Manage family and community programmes to contribute back to the community.
• Conduct routine caregiving and seek improvements to deliver better quality and service.

As one of our Infant Care Teachers, you will be caring for infants with our infant care programme and routine care responsibilities. You will be in charge of infants under your care to

• Plan and implement curriculum and programmes appropriate for the child's development, including identifying emerging trends to keep innovating. This includes developing initiatives, practices and learning materials to enhance quality of learning environment
• Build collaborative stakeholder relationships and partnerships, amongst centre staff and families we serve.
• Manage family and community programmes as we believe in contributing back to the community we are in
• Conduct routine caregiving and always looking for improvements to deliver better quality and service
• Uplift professional practice in promoting our vision, mission and values and innovating to deliver high-quality service standards

Job Requirements

• Must have either Higher Certificate in Infant Care of Advanced Certificate in Early Years or other relevant qualification
• Must be EY1 certified
