Job summary

Busy Bees Asia is seeking passionate educators to lead classes and deliver high-quality early childhood programmes in Singapore. You will plan and implement age-appropriate curricula, while collaborating with centre staff and families to support each child’s development.

You will engage with the community, manage family programmes, and continuously improve care standards to reflect Busy Bees’ vision and values.

Qualifications

• EY2 Certificate in Early Childhood to L2 Diploma – Teaching.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with staff, parents and diverse communities.
• With or without teaching experience; highly motivated and passionate about child development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement curriculum and programmes appropriate for child development.
• Build collaborative relationships with families, staff and community partners.
• Manage family and community programmes to contribute back to the community.
• Conduct routine caregiving and seek improvements to service quality.
• Uplift professional practice to deliver high-quality education and care.
