Job summary

Tripartite Alliance Limited is seeking a capable professional to support the marketing and outreach of WSHC programmes in Singapore. You will engage stakeholders, craft content, and help promote recognition platforms while coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful programme delivery.

The role offers opportunities to work with industry partners, trade associations, and key accounts, contributing to ongoing improvement through data insights and clear reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder engagement, partnerships or public outreach is desirable.
• Strong writing and presentation skills with ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with confidence to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Interest in workplace safety and health or industry transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support Programme Marketing & Outreach to drive awareness and adoption of WSHC programmes.
• Engage companies and stakeholders through outreach efforts, meetings, site visits, and events.
• Assist in promoting recognition platforms and coordinating events and engagement sessions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track progress and ensure smooth programme delivery.
• Track engagement efforts and prepare basic reports to support continuous improvement.
