HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable technical support professional to assist production operations and contribute to product definition and evolution. You will work across functions to resolve issues and drive improvements, ensuring quality and performance.

You’ll participate in new product introductions, handle customer returns, and coordinate supplier validations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or similar.
• 2+ years’ experience in technical support or product engineering.
• Aviation industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to production operations for assigned products.
• Manage product definition, configuration, and evolution.
• Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis (8D), and cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams (MFT) and customers to resolve product issues.
• Lead/support new product introduction, customer returns, and supplier validations.
• Establish KPIs (R1, FPY) and monitor support effectiveness.

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:

• Diploma or Degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or similar
• 2+ years’ experience in technical support or product engineering
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; clear and professional communication
• Able to manage priorities under tight deadlines
• Aviation industry experience is a plus!
