HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. seeks a Technical Aircraft Specialist for a 1-year contract with potential conversion. You will support production teams, manage product definitions with IPT, and drive quality improvements while coordinating with design authorities and cross-functional teams. Prior aviation/aerospace exposure is highly valued.

The role offers a noon shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) and a completion bonus upon contract fulfillment, with room for future opportunities in a global aerospace leader.

Qualifications

• NITEC or higher diploma in Engineering/Aerospace/Aviation or related field.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience in manufacturing or technical support.
• Aviation/aerospace industry experience preferred.
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude with passion for quality.
• Able to commit to Noon shift and renewable/convertible contract.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day technical support to production teams to ensure optimal product performance and top-tier quality.
• Manage product definitions and work closely with the Integrated Product Team (IPT).
• Lead root cause analysis, implement quality improvements (8D, FTQP), and support customer return investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen), monitor key metrics (R1, FPY), and coordinate new product introductions.
• Partner with the Design Authority and cross-functional teams across departments.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital link in the production ecosystem, you will:

• Provide day-to-day technical support to production teams to ensure optimal product performance and top-tier quality.
• Manage product definitions and work closely with the Integrated Product Team (IPT).
• Lead root cause analysis, implement quality improvements (8D, FTQP), and support customer return investigations.

Who We Are Looking For

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering, Aerospace, Aviation, or a related field.
• Min 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or technical support environment.
• Industry Edge: Prior experience in the aviation/aerospace industry is highly preferred.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a passion for precision and quality.
• Able to commit to Noon shift and on a 1 year renewable / convertible contract basis.
