Qualifikationen
- Experience in industrial machine maintenance and fault finding.
- Experience with 415 V three-phase machinery and inverter-controlled motors.
- Hands-on Omron PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose faults in PLC systems and control circuits.
- Proficiency with electrical diagnostic instruments.
- Ability to work independently and determine root causes of breakdowns.
- Qualification in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics or Automation Engineering, or equivalent.
Aufgaben
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic and control system faults.
- Troubleshoot three-phase motors, inverter drives (VFDs), sensors, relays, contactors and wiring.
- Troubleshoot, modify and program Omron PLCs, checking inputs, outputs, logic and comm faults.
- Identify whether faults originate from PLC hardware, programming or connected components.
- Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and manuals.
- Test repaired machinery and document maintenance work and actions.
