is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial laser and automation projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality while managing customer and internal stakeholder expectations. Responsibilities include defining project objectives with Sales and Engineering, maintaining project schedules, traveling to client sites for installation and support, managing costs, and acting as the technical liaison during the sales process to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of project management experience, preferably in the laser industry.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong technical knowledge of laser systems and applications.
• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to finalize the Statement of Work and define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for laser and automation solutions.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Travel to client sites to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain laser equipment.
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as the technical expert during the sales process, addressing deep-dive technical questions.
