Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead new equipment buyoff, installation, and transfer to mass production in a semiconductor environment.

You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to enhance equipment performance, drive efficiency, and ensure robust PM processes for sustained operations and spare inventory control. Singapore-based role requiring strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with equipment buyoff, installation, and handover to mass production.
• Knowledge of PM systems, documentation, and process controls.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance of semiconductor equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project management on new equipment buyoff, installation and associated activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth production transfer of equipment to mass production.
• Collaborate with machine suppliers to drive for equipment efficiency and process improvement.
• Work closely with PM team in establishment of effective PM system for continuous sustenance of machine and spare inventory.
• Identify and close gaps between different working level or parties within the company.
