Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Corp. is seeking an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer with 3–6 years of experience to analyze and optimize production processes across machining, optics, assembly, and testing operations.

The role includes developing layouts, staffing models, and takt-time/cycle-time analyses, as well as standard work and process documentation. You will lead line balancing, capacity optimization during ramp-ups, and support new product introductions, transfers, and qualification activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years in industrial/manufacturing/process engineering, preferably high-mix low-volume, optics, cleanroom assembly, or environmental testing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process flows, routings, and capacity requirements to optimize production processes.
• Develop line layouts, staffing models, cycle-time and takt-time across multiple operations.
• Create and maintain standard work, work instructions, training materials, and process docs.
