Job summary

Infineon Technologies Singapore offers a cross-functional internship bridging Operations, Engineering and Learning & Development. You’ll collaborate with SMEs and partners to shape competency standards, training programs and digital tools, contributing to digitalization and management reporting.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in data analytics, dashboard development, and content creation for learning campaigns, while supporting improvements to training effectiveness and workforce readiness.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree related to Industrial Engineering, HR, OD, L&D, or Data Analytics.
• Academic projects or coursework in competency modeling, workforce planning, or instructional design are a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) or data automation tools (KNIME, Python, Excel Power Query).
• Interest in AI-enabled solutions, digital learning platforms, or semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing processes.
• Experience creating content using digital tools (PowerPoint, Canva, video editing basics) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Competency Framework Support: maintain/update competency frameworks, skill taxonomies, and proficiency matrices.
• Competency Documentation: document technical/behavioral competency standards and evidence requirements for assessments.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: gather inputs for NETP and structured learning pathways.
• Industry Research: research trends to keep frameworks current and relevant.
• Learning Solution Design: assist SMEs in designing e-learning modules and digital materials.
• Training Catalog Management: maintain catalogs and repositories.
• Training Coordination: coordinate deployment activities and logistics.
• Digital Content Creation: create infographics, short videos, and campaign materials.
• Workflow Enhancement: improve data workflows using KNIME/Tableau.
• Data Consolidation: extract, clean, and consolidate workforce data for reporting.
• Compliance Monitoring: monitor progress and identify trends/gaps.
• Dashboard Development: help build dashboards for training effectiveness.
