Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Experience or exposure to Tableau for data visualization.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented mindset; familiarity with Power Automate preferred.
• Understanding of process mapping or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: create dashboards, clean datasets, generate pivot tables.
• Data Analysis & Visualization: analyze and visualize data to present insights.
• Process Mapping & Improvement: map processes to improve efficiency using Miro.
• Documentation & SOPs: document standard operating procedures and best practices.
