Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Comfortable on the manufacturing shop floor and hands-on operational activities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic coding knowledge and AI tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand production line processes and SAP/MES data flow.
• Collect and analyze production time data to support operational improvements.
• Assist with documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
