Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering effective solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Knowledge of automation, artificial intelligence (AI), or coding is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing process understanding.
• Assist in collection, analysis, and interpretation of process time data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Propose and support implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Update and maintain Work Instructions to reflect current manufacturing processes.
• Assist in documenting manufacturing process flows and keep process documentation up to date.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to streamline and automate processes, improving manufacturing efficiency.
