Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering or related field.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of automation, AI, or coding is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow steps.
• Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of process time data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Propose and support the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Update and maintain Work Instructions to reflect current processes.
• Assist in documenting manufacturing process flows and keep documentation up to date.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to streamline and automate processes.
