Job summary

KYE Electrical Private Limited is seeking a highly experienced Electrical Technician to support intensive maintenance in a fast-paced industrial environment. The role is hands-on and demanding, requiring working under strict timelines and challenging site conditions.

You will perform PM/CM on electrical systems, troubleshoot faults, execute cable laying and testing, and supervise subcontractors while upholding safety and quality standards. Rotating shifts and on-call duties are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in cable installation, panel wiring, fault diagnosis, and repair works.
• Able to work in physically demanding environments (heat, confined spaces, heights, outdoor conditions).
• Willing to work long hours, rotating shifts, and on-call duties.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM/CM on electrical systems including LV distribution and control panels.
• Troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults under time-critical conditions.
• Execute cable laying, termination, testing, and commissioning works.
• Work in rotating shifts, extended hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Support emergency breakdown response to minimize downtime.
• Prepare SWP, RA, and PTW procedures.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Maintain records in CMMS/FMS and close work orders promptly.
