Job summary

A4 International Pte Ltd is seeking an Industrial Building/Fire Safety Manager in Singapore to lead strata and facilities operations for industrial properties. You will serve as SFSM, ensuring Fire Safety Act compliance, SCDF regulations, and BSMA alignment.

Responsibilities include overseeing M&E maintenance, developing fire safety plans, managing budgets and service contracts, and driving improvements while maintaining client relationships and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Possess a valid Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) certification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant strata/facilities management experience, with knowledge of the Building Strata Management Act.
• Knowledge of industrial building operations, M&E systems and fire safety regulations.
• Experience managing client relationships, contractors and service delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Lead, coach and develop the site team while driving continuous operational improvements.
