Apple is seeking a Language Expert to localize software and related content into Indonesian. You will translate Apple products, use internal localization tools, and maintain terminology across all Indonesian content.

The role requires collaboration with engineering, QA, and localization teams to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality UX writing. Ideal candidates have localization experience, strong English-Indonesian skills, and familiarity with CAT tools.

Formación

• Degree in Applied Linguistics, Translation, Culture & Literature or equivalent.
• Native or accredited fluency in Indonesian for Indonesia-speaking market.
• Fluent in English to translate between English and Indonesian.
• Experience with CAT tools and translation of UI for high-end software products.
• Excellent writing, partnership and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Translate Apple products into Indonesian.
• Utilize internal tools to identify localization changes.
• Bug monitoring, reporting and resolution.
• Work with cross-functional groups to ensure smooth localization on schedule.
• Maintain terminology with style guides and glossaries for Indonesian market.
• Assist with quick-turnaround translations.
• Identify tools and process enhancements for localization workflows.
• Use unreleased software to validate localization.
