Job summary

Thomson Reuters in Singapore is seeking a Solutions Consultant for Indirect Tax and e-invoicing. You will drive gross sales by engaging customers, providing solution and product expertise, and supporting the sales team throughout the process.

You will stay current on indirect tax trends, build customer relationships, and demonstrate Thomson Reuters’ product portfolio, including ONESOURCE and Pagero. This role emphasizes pre-sales activities and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in supporting solutions, preferably in indirect tax and e-invoicing.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication to interact with clients.
• A closer mindset with ability to drive sales and close deals.
• In-depth understanding of finance, tax, and accounting workflows to identify client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide solution and product expertise to support sales defining and scoping solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and develop proposals showcasing product capabilities.
• Manage and execute product demos during the customer buying cycle.
• Respond quickly to new leads and progress deals through the sales cycle.
• Stay up-to-date with indirect tax trends to position products as solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce and CRM data to forecast and engage stakeholders.
• Act as a customer advocate, assisting with renewals and complex deals.
