Job summary

Towner Gardens School is seeking a Job Coach to coordinate and support students' school-to-work transition through vocational preparation, job placement, stakeholder collaboration, and ongoing employment support.

You will work with Teachers and Allied Health Professionals to assess readiness for attachments, source placement opportunities (school, community and industry), perform job matching, evaluate sites, and provide ongoing support to students, families and employers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with students with intellectual disabilities and diverse needs.
