Job summary

SUN-DAC in Singapore invites a Training Officer (Digital Education) to plan, implement, and evaluate inclusive digital literacy programmes for persons with disabilities. You will collaborate with staff to tailor activities and assess outcomes across three centres, ensuring accessibility and meaningful learning for clients.

The role requires an eye for detail, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate logistics, budgeting, and vendor support to sustain high-quality programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital literacy training or IT instruction.
• Experience working with Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) preferred.
• Experience managing IT vendor relationships and basic hardware/software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of digital literacy programmes, including syllabus and activities.
• Research best practices for programme delivery.
• Develop a plan to coach Training Officers and build internal capability.
• Support execution at three centres with logistics, materials, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment purchases and off-site repairs.
• Drive evaluation of programme outcomes and report on improvements.
• Maintain records of attendance and client progress; assist budgeting.
