RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an In-store Visual Merchandiser for a permanent position on Orchard Road, Ngee Ann City. The role oversees window displays, in-store VM, and seasonal launches to elevate luxury fashion presentation.

The incumbent will coordinate with country offices and suppliers, manage window rotations, and ensure displays meet luxury standards to drive sales and brand image.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate window installations with the country office and local suppliers
• Manage product changes for each window rotation
• Ensure windows, props, lighting and displays consistently meet luxury retail standards
• Plan and implement regular store zoning and product rotations
• Manage product preparation, database location changes and installation
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to current VM guidelines
• Provide photographic and qualitative feedback after each rotation
• Monitor competitor displays and identify relevant best practices
• Maintain strong knowledge across product categories
• Use visual merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and support sales performance

Exciting opportunity to join a prestigious global luxury fashion house and take ownership of in-store visual merchandising, product presentation, window displays and seasonal launches.

Key Responsibilities

Window & Visual Displays

• Coordinate window installations with the country office and local suppliers
• Manage product changes for each window rotation
• Ensure windows, props, lighting and displays consistently meet luxury retail standards

In-Store Visual Merchandising

• Plan and implement regular store zoning and product rotations
• Manage product preparation, database location changes and installation
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to current VM guidelines
• Provide photographic and qualitative feedback after each rotation

• Maintain strong knowledge across product categories
• Use visual merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and support sales performance

New Collections & Events

• Work closely with Store Management and retail teams on new launches, collections and sales trends
• Implement product zoning across different categories
• Recommend alternative products when key items are unavailable
• Implement visual merchandising concepts for special in-store events
• Partner with the Country Visual Merchandiser on store presentation and zoning

Store Standards

• Conduct daily visual merchandising and maintenance checks
• Ensure lighting, windows, props and furniture remain in excellent condition
• Coordinate replacement or reordering of VM props, lighting and tools
• Maintain consistently high luxury retail presentation standards throughout the store
