Job summary

Recruit Express is seeking a Perm Visual Merchandiser (Luxury Retail) based in Singapore to lead in-store visual merchandising, product zoning, and seasonal rotations in line with luxury guidelines. You will coordinate window installations with internal teams and external suppliers, manage back-of-house coordination and ensure displays meet brand standards.

The role reports to Store Management and supports new launches and events to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-store visual merchandising, product zoning and seasonal rotations across different product categories in line with established brand guidelines.
• Coordinate window installations and product changes with internal teams and external suppliers; ensure each rotation is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Manage product preparation and display changes, including back of house coordination, system updates and installation of merchandise on the sales floor.
• Partner with Store Management and retail teams on new launches, collections, sales trends and in-store events; adjust product displays to support commercial priorities.
• Monitor merchandising standards throughout the store, ensuring products, windows, lighting, props and furniture consistently meet luxury retail presentation standards.
• Provide visual and photographic feedback on completed rotations; monitor competitor practices and recommend merchandising improvements that enhance customer experience and support sales.
