Job summary

Decathlon Singapore is seeking a licensed lawyer to join our legal team as a senior in-house counsel. You will manage compliance, draft and negotiate cross-border contracts, and support data privacy governance across APAC regions.

You will partner with IT, Marketing, Operations and Events, ensuring governance aligns with global standards while localizing policies for Singapore. Strong communication and autonomy are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Law required; Singapore Bar admission or qualification in a Commonwealth jurisdiction preferred.
• 3–6 years PQE in a reputable law firm or in-house counsel; exposure to retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or supply chain/logistics advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review cross-border manufacturing, supply chain, and general commercial agreements.
• Provide legal support across IT, Marketing, Operations, and Events.
• Support Data Privacy governance and statutory corporate secretarial duties.
• Manage legal tech tools, contract repositories, and workflow optimization.
• Design and conduct internal legal training for teammates.
• Support regional APAC legal director as needed.
