Job summary
GLOBALFOUNDRIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. - FAB 3 is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to maintain and support critical semiconductor manufacturing equipment on a 24/7 production floor.
Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment uptime improvement, while following safety practices and quality standards in a highly technical wafer fab environment. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in engineering and hands-on experience with equipment in wafer fab
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in engineering required.
- 3+ years preferred in equipment engineering/wafer fab.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support equipment readiness as an individual contributor.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot high voltage hazards, toxic gases, and radiation as applicable.
- Execute maintenance and tool support to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and upgrade equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
- Analyze and monitor technical charts.
- Drive equipment improvement plans and projects.
- Ensure and follow safety practices and custody of tools, equipment and other properties.
- Work on projects and assignments as needed
