Job summary

UWCSEA East is seeking a Freelance Assistant Rugby Coach [IEC] to start immediately for seasonal work with a focus on delivering rugby programmes to students in a K12 setting. The role emphasizes high teaching standards, up-to-date materials, and engaging sessions conducted within a collaborative school environment.

Candidates should have rugby coaching qualifications (or equivalent experience), First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain), and safeguarding training.

Qualifications

• Qualified rugby coach with coaching certification or equivalent experience.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Safeguarding/child protection training (preferred or must be completed upon appointment).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Rugby programmes to students across a K12 programme.
• Maintain up-to-date teaching methods and age-appropriate materials.
• Create engaging, innovative sessions that are fun and educational.
• Collaborate with students, colleagues and UWCSEA team members.
• Ensure health and safety of the court and equipment.
