This is a key leadership position within the Sports Department, responsible for the day-to-day delivery of a dynamic and inclusive junior aquatics programme. This role sits at the heart of the school’s swimming pathway, bridging early aquatic experiences with the foundations of lifelong participation and future performance.
The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation and continuous development of a comprehensive program that caters to a wide range of abilities, from water confidence and skill acquisition through to the early stages of competitive readiness.
