Job summary

Fei Yue Community Services in Singapore is looking for a dedicated Counsellor to join the Restorative Care Department. This role involves providing essential counselling and case work support to individuals affected by addiction and their families, ensuring they have access to necessary resources.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Counselling recognized by the Singapore Association for Counselling, alongside strong interpersonal and communication skills. This is a one-year contract position with working hours from Monday to Wednesday.

Qualifications

• Minimum a degree in Counselling recognised by Singapore Association for Counselling.
• At least two years of experience working with offenders/ex-offenders is an advantage.
• Certified Substance Addiction Counsellor (CSAC) with APSAC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and referral services for clients on addiction issues.
• Conduct risk assessment and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group counselling sessions.
