Qualifications

• 5+ years in mixed-methods research and M&E reporting.
• Ability to conduct in-depth interviews and manage focus groups.
• Strong analytical writing with structured funder reports.
• Familiarity with IRIS+, SDGs or GRI frameworks.
• Understanding of Singapore’s nonprofit or development sector.

Responsibilities

• Design recruitment strategies for diverse research participants.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate focus groups with confidentiality.
• Lead Theory of Change sessions and evidence gathering.
• Coordinate transcription and translation for multilingual data.
• Develop quantitative surveys aligned with indicators.
• Clean and analyze datasets to identify trends.
• Build indicator trackers and dashboards for insights.
• Identify data risks and sampling gaps to protect integrity.
• Integrate quantitative and qualitative findings for credibility.
• Draft impact assessment and M&E reports for funders.
