Job summary

Indexync is seeking a hands-on Social Media & Performance Marketing specialist in Singapore. You will own organic social presence and paid advertising, creating content, running campaigns, and building a nurture pipeline with data-driven iteration.

You will collaborate with founders, have visibility into strategy and growth decisions, and wear multiple hats across content, ads, and conversion to deliver fast, measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in social media marketing and/or performance marketing.
• Strong content creation ability - scripting, filming and editing short-form video for Instagram and TikTok.
• Analytical mindset - read performance data and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Self-starter who can own outcomes with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content creation for Instagram and TikTok including ideation, scripting, filming, editing and publishing.
• Manage content calendars, scheduling and community engagement across both platforms.
• Develop platform-native short-form video content that resonates with marketplace sellers and SMEs.
• Repurpose content across formats to maximise reach and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Monitor trends, test hooks and content formats, and iterate based on performance data.
• Monitor and report on key metrics across organic social and paid channels on a weekly basis.
• Use data to make informed decisions on content strategy and ad spend allocation and maintain ROI visibility.
