Job summary

CIBT is seeking Immigration Consultants to help corporations and private clients navigate global immigration processes, obtain visas and permits, and manage related paperwork. You will liaise directly with clients, understand their situations, provide tailored guidance, and ensure strict adherence to deadlines.

You will regularly communicate with clients and authorities, maintain accurate records, and work towards delivering expeditious, compliant solutions that meet individual client needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience
• Associate’s degree with 5 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Carrying out volume casework for assigned countries and coordinating with clients
• Acts as dedicated point of contact, building strong client relationships
• Works with Network Partner/Attorney to support client needs and align on processing
• Monitor application deadlines and complete tasks within timeframes
• Escalate issues to senior management when necessary
• Ensure client records are maintained and billing is performed promptly
• Communicate regularly with clients and conduct client review meetings
• Attend client meetings and webinars as required
• Identify, pursue, and generate new business leads
• Respond to emails and calls promptly with accurate advice
• Advise on improvements to procedures and stay updated on industry events
