Job summary

Marble Halo in Singapore seeks an experienced client service/account management professional to own briefs, scope and timelines from kickoff to delivery. You will run a consolidated feedback process, coordinate with product, marketing and campaigns teams, and ensure three KV options are ready for panel testing.

You will manage quotes, scope changes and billing, brief the creative team clearly, and flag risks early with proactive solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client service or account management at an agency or consultancy
• Experience delivering to tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders and layered sign-offs
• Strong command of scope, change control and costing
• Confident senior-level communication with clients, in writing and in the room
• Familiar with brand guideline approval, compliance review and marketing collateral production

Job description

You will run the client relationship and the schedule. The client signs off on everything and each deliverable has 3 revision rounds, so your job is to keep feedback consolidated, fast and inside the dates. The client's product team is your day-to-day counterpart.

What you will do:

• Own the brief, scope and timeline from kickoff to the delivery
• Run a clear review process: one consolidated feedback source per round, fixed turnaround windows, and a record of what was approved
• Coordinate with the product business units, the marketing team and the campaigns team, whose agency handles activation
• Make sure the 3 KV options are ready on time for panel testing, and bring the results back into the creative work
• Manage the quote, scope changes and billing with Marble Halo, and raise out-of-scope requests before work starts
• Brief the copywriter and art director clearly and protect their time
• Flag risks early and propose solutions to the client, not just problems

What we need:

• 5 or more years in client service or account management at an agency or consultancy, with direct experience in financial services, insurance or another regulated category
• Experience delivering to tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders and layered sign-offs
• Strong command of scope, change control and costing
• Confident senior-level communication with clients, in writing and in the room
• Familiar with brand guideline approval, compliance review and marketing collateral production
• Available to start within days

Helpful to have:

• Experience with bank or insurer rebrands, product launches or post-acquisition transitions in Singapore or ASEAN
• Some creative or production background, so that you can judge feasibility without asking
