IMDA is offering an internship in the Corporate Group for the January to June 2027 cycle in Singapore. You will support Talent Management with employer branding, marketing, and talent outreach, gaining hands-on experience across campaigns, events, and stakeholder engagement.

Suitable for individuals pursuing HR, marketing or communications, with strong research and communication skills and a proactive mindset.

We are looking for interns to join the Corporate Group for our January to June 2027 internship cycle.

The intern will support the Talent Management team’s efforts in attracting young talent to IMDA and enhancing our employer brand. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and marketing.

Scope of Work

• Employer Brand Research: Support comprehensive research to understand IMDA's perception as an employer, contributing insights to inform employer branding strategies and messaging.
• Employer Branding Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of employer branding campaigns, including the creation of marketing assets (e.g., social media content, brochures, presentations).
• Industry Best Practices Research: Conduct research on current industry practices, trends, and innovative initiatives in employer branding and talent outreach.
• Event Organisation: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employer branding and engagement events (e.g., career fairs, open house, etc).
• Outreach and Engagement: Actively participate in various outreach and engagement events, representing IMDA and interacting with potential talent.
