Job summary

IMDA is seeking interns to join the Strategic Planning & Digital Readiness (SPDR) Group for the January to June 2027 internship cycle. The role focuses on contract management, data analysis, and workflow automation to support large-scale outsourced training and outreach services for the SG Digital Office.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support SG Digital Office (SDO) in strengthening the management of a large-scale outsourced training and outreach services contract.
• Review the contract and identify all vendor reports, records and deliverables required, including their frequency and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain a central tracker to monitor submissions and follow up on missing, incomplete, or late deliverables.
• Support monitoring of contractual obligations and service-level performance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate manual processes, such as reminders, document tracking, compliance checks, and management dashboards.
• Develop an improved workflow and handover documentation for continued use by SDO.

• Basic understanding of data structures, systems, or process mapping is a plus.
• Detailed-oriented, with ability to structure information clearly and logically.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in public sector, governance, or technology deployment.
