Job summary

IMDA is seeking interns to join the Strategic Planning & Digital Readiness (SPDR) Group for the January to June 2027 internship cycle. The role focuses on contract management, data analysis, and workflow automation to support large-scale outsourced training and outreach services for the SG Digital Office.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with Tableau, scripting or other automation tools is advantageous.
Detail-oriented with ability to structure information clearly.

Responsibilities

Support SG Digital Office (SDO) in strengthening the management of a large-scale outsourced training and outreach services contract.
Review the contract and identify all vendor reports, records and deliverables required, including their frequency and deadlines.
Develop and maintain a central tracker to monitor submissions and follow up on missing, incomplete, or late deliverables.
Support monitoring of contractual obligations and service-level performance.
Identify opportunities to simplify and automate manual processes, such as reminders, document tracking, compliance checks, and management dashboards.
Develop an improved workflow and handover documentation for continued use by SDO.
