Job summary

Income seeks a product compliance professional to join the Investment Operational Risk and Compliance team in Singapore. You will review ILP product documentation and customer materials to ensure regulatory alignment across the product lifecycle.

The role includes independent compliance reviews for new ILP launches, monitoring MAS guidelines, and collaborating with risk teams to strengthen controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of ILP product compliance experience.
• Familiarity with MAS ILP regulations, notices and guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review ILP product documentation and customer materials and provide compliance guidance.
• Provide independent compliance review on new ILP launches and product changes.
• Monitor regulatory developments and support enhancements to compliance frameworks and controls.
• Work closely with Investment Operational Risk to review ILP products and fund-compliance matters.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting on ILP products.
