Job summary

Rolls-Royce Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Digital & Automation Engineer to drive IIoT and digital solutions across global factories and sites in Singapore.

You will develop and roll out automated processes, integrating PLCs, edge devices and ERP/MES systems while coordinating with engineers, product owners and end-users to achieve business goals. The role focuses on deploying IIoT/AI pipelines, data integration, and real-time monitoring to improve production performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or computer science.
• Expertise with IIoT platforms (Kepware/ThingWorx) and Azure.
• Experience with OT/IT integration (PLC, OPC UA, MQTT) and MES/ERP.

Responsibilities

• Devise, deploy and oversee IIoT platform and related tools.
• Lead IIoT and AI pipelines in production (computer vision, health monitoring).
• Integrate real-time data from sensors into IIoT platform.
• Coordinate IT/OT integrations (PLC, edge, SAP, MES).
• Work with engineers and end-users to deploy IIoT solutions.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and manage projects.
