Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a skilled architect/engineer to oversee the full lifecycle management of IDTS systems for Air Navigation Services, contributing to safety and efficiency of air traffic operations in Singapore.

You will design system architectures, gather requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, conduct market surveys, manage cyber-security implementations, and ensure compliance with national and international standards, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering or equivalent experience in ICT/air-traffic related systems.
• Knowledge of system architecture design, system administration, networking and cybersecurity preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design the system architecture and formulate the technical specifications for the IDTS systems.
• Coordinate with users to gather operational requirements and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Conduct market surveys of potential systems and obtain approvals from authorities.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting delivery; manage procurement and evaluation of solutions.
• Oversee maintenance, security implementations, testing and commissioning with vendors.
