Job summary

DCI CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Platform Operations Engineer to design, implement, operate, and improve identity and access management capabilities. The role emphasizes practical IAM experience, Microsoft identity technologies, and platform automation to support government identity solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IAM, platform engineering, automation or related field.
• Experience with directory and identity services such as Active Directory, LDAP, AD FS and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong understanding of identity and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Experience using Microsoft Graph API for identity management or automation.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell or Python.
• Knowledge of identity governance, access management and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure and maintain IAM solutions across the organisation.
• Support delivery, operation and improvement of Whole-of-Government identity solutions.
• Configure and manage identity brokering and federation products in the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Implement authentication and authorisation protocols (Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Use Microsoft Graph API to support identity administration, integration and automation.
• Ensure security, resilience, governance and compliance of identity platform.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation to reduce toil and manual tasks.
• Build platform deployment automation and apply DevSecOps principles.
• Support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot IAM and platform issues.
• Participate in monitoring, testing, change management and operational readiness.
