Job summary
PwC Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate in Advisory with strong credentials in Identity & Access Management (IAM). You will lead projects involving SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, and Okta, and translate business needs into IAM architectures and governance.
You will design IGA, PIM, SSO and Directory solutions, contribute to security strategy, and collaborate with teams across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of IAM experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, Ping, etc.
- Hands-on with SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft, or similar IAM tools.
Responsibilities
- Deliver IAM projects with deep understanding of IAM solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, Ping, Okta).
- Define IAM strategies and frameworks aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Design IAM architectures covering IGA, PIM, SSO/Federation & Directory solutions.
- Develop identity management governance plans and reference architectures for hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
- Gather and translate business requirements into system specs; provide documentation and platform stability.
- Support sales through proposal writing, solution design and client presentations.

- Deliver Digital Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects with deep understanding of the IAM solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, Ping, Okta, etc.)
- Define IAM strategies and frameworks that support business objectives and align with regulatory requirements
- Design IAM architectures (covering IGA, PIM, SSO/Federation & Directory solutions) and technical designs aligned with enterprise security, Zero Trust, and cloud transformation strategies.
- Develop IAM blueprints, technical patterns, and reference architectures integrating modern identity solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Understand business requirements, gather and translate those into system requirements
- Develop identity management governance plans
- Understanding of the current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management and security/audit compliance
- Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request, certification and user Lifecycle Management Processes
- Customize IDM product functionality to fulfil requirements that cannot be met with standard functionality.
- Hands-on experience with programming and scripting languages such as Java and JavaScript, enabling customization and integration of IAM solutions.
- Recommend improvements, corrections, remediation or requirements for associated projects
- Create and maintain relevant documentation as required by the customer from time to time
- Provide solutions for platform stability, functional defects and any new enhancements
- Support sales and business development through proposal writing, solution design, and client presentations.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering technical depth and delivery excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent education
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with IAM suite (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, Ping etc), Virtual Directory, Identity Federation
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft etc
- Professional certifications – Relevant cybersecurity certification, CISSP/CISA/CISM and/or OEM certifications (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, Ping etc )
- Experience with one or more databases such as Oracle, IBM and MS SQL
- Demonstrated technical leadership skills to manage and direct junior level staff
- Working knowledge of Red hat Enterprise Linux, Windows OS
- Hands-on on running and developing queries to fetch data in the Production environment
- Demonstrated track record as a team player
- Strong oral and written communication skills and analytical skills
