Job summary

RAFFLES PAINT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic sales professional based in Singapore to drive product adoption among interior designers, architects, and managing agents. The role involves presenting our paint products and services, negotiating deals, and maintaining engaging product displays.

You will travel to different locations to maximize visibility, hit sales targets, and build strong customer relationships with a proactive, self-motivated approach.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience and good relationship-building with interior designer/architects and managing agents. You must be highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of handling negotiations with confidence and professionalism.

• The position is based in Singapore.
• Earn attractive commissions on top of base salary.
• Introduce our paint products and painting services. Open to traveling to different locations to push product visibility and growth.
• Explain and present to customers how products work and explain their features and benefits and set up and maintain attractive product displays to draw customer attention.
• Sales and Target Achievement - Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
• An outgoing personality and a self-motivated, proactive approach to engaging with people.
• Good time management and organizational skills to manage tasks and maintain displays effectively.
