Job summary

User Experience Researchers PTE. LTD.

seeks an infrastructure specialist to implement and manage platform operations applications, translating business needs into robust infrastructure designs while ensuring security and IT policy compliance. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, oversee architecture reviews and hardening, support testing and remediation, and drive AI‑assisted automation to improve service delivery in ICT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Implement projects to ensure service delivery covering design, setup, configuration, implementation and commissioning of platform operations applications.
• Translate business requirements into platform operations infrastructure design.
• Ensure compliance with relevant technical architecture, security, regulatory and IT policies.
• Manage infrastructure projects and services for platform operations applications and enterprise systems.
• Manage platform operations system architecture for new and existing applications.
• Serve as the main infrastructure point-of-contact for platform operations applications.
• Work with relevant infrastructure and operations teams on infrastructure matters impacting platform operations applications.
• Assist in infrastructure architecture reviews, endorse hardening standards, security testing and vulnerability remediation for platform operations applications.
• Experience with AI and machine learning tools, platforms, with use cases within an ICT infrastructure or platform operations context.
• Support and contribute to the team's automation front (eg. Configuration Management & Automated Testing) via AI initiatives, including exploring opportunities to leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance platform operations efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery outcomes.
• Maintain a sound understanding of the platform operations application's environment.
