Job summary

VY SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced ICT Infrastructure Engineer (Cloud) to manage and support an enterprise-grade Test Automation Platform across Development, QA, UAT and Production environments.

You will administer platform operations, cloud infrastructure, container platforms, and network integration while coordinating upgrades and security hardening. The role requires hands-on Linux administration, NGINX proxy configuration, SSL management, and collaboration with architects,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on Linux administration.
• NGINX administration and proxy configuration.
• OpenShift/Kubernetes/AWS EKS experience.
• Networking concepts: Firewall, VLAN, Routing, NAT, DNS, TCP/IP.
• SSL certificate management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Change Management.
• Experience supporting production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot platform incidents with internal teams and vendors for resolution.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot NGINX proxy infrastructure.
• Support SSL certificate installation and secure communication between enterprise apps.
• Coordinate firewall, routing, NAT, VLAN, and network connectivity with infrastructure teams.
• Support deployments on OpenShift and AWS EKS container platforms.
• Perform Linux server administration and platform operational support.
• Coordinate vulnerability remediation and platform security hardening.
• Manage ServiceNow change requests and support production releases.
• Monitor platform availability, investigate root causes, ensure service reliability.
• Collaborate with solution architects, application teams, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendors.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ICT Infrastructure Engineer (Cloud) to manage and support an enterprise-grade Test Automation Platform used across multiple application environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for platform administration, cloud infrastructure, container platforms, network integration, proxy configuration, security remediation, and production support in a highly regulated enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the enterprise Test Automation Platform across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.

• Coordinate platform upgrades, deployments, patching activities, and release implementations.

• Troubleshoot platform incidents and collaborate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot NGINX proxy infrastructure.

• Support SSL certificate installation and secure communication between enterprise applications.

• Coordinate firewall, routing, NAT, VLAN, and network connectivity with infrastructure teams.

• Support deployments and integrations on OpenShift and AWS EKS container platforms.

• Perform Linux server administration and platform operational support.

• Coordinate vulnerability remediation and platform security hardening activities.

• Manage ServiceNow change requests and support production release activities.

• Monitor platform availability, investigate root causes, and ensure service reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, or platform engineering.

• Hands‑on experience with Linux Administration.

• Experience with NGINX Administration and Proxy Configuration.

• Experience working with OpenShift, Kubernetes, or AWS EKS.

• Good understanding of networking concepts including Firewall, VLAN, Routing, NAT, DNS, and TCP/IP.

• Experience managing SSL certificates and secure communication.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow Change Management processes.

• Experience supporting enterprise production environments.

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• DevOps or Platform Engineering experience.
