Job summary

China Telecom Asia Pacific is seeking an ICT Infrastructure Engineer to oversee enterprise and data center operations, including network, servers, virtualization, and basic cloud environments.

The role requires a hands-on, proactive approach and the ability to resolve routine issues independently while escalating complex architectural problems as needed. Senior Engineer level is possible with leadership responsibilities in project delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years ICT infrastructure experience.
• Experience in enterprise or data center environments preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and structured methodology.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong execution discipline and operational awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for enterprise network and server environments.
• Handle incidents and service requests using structured root cause analysis.
• Perform routine health checks and basic performance monitoring.
• Execute change management tasks in accordance with standard procedures.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation (network topology diagrams, IP allocation records, asset inventory, change logs, SOPs).
• Coordinate with L2/L3 engineers or vendors when escalation is required.
