Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ICT Infrastructure Engineer (Cloud) to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for enterprise cloud platforms. You will work closely with application, security, and architecture teams to maintain high availability, secure operations, and optimal performance of cloud-based environments. The role also involves implementing Landing Zone architecture, enforcing security controls, and driving automation using IaC.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, network, security).
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related incidents across AWS/Azure platforms.
• Work with application, security, and infra teams to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Monitor cloud performance, availability, cost, and security posture.
• Implement automation and optimization using IaC and scripting.
• Maintain cloud Landing Zones and foundational services.
• Ensure adherence to cloud security controls, compliance, and governance.
• Maintain SOPs, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Support cloud project planning, deployments, and enhancements.
• Keep updated with cloud technology trends, best practices, and security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4–8+ years of experience in Cloud / Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS and/or Azure services.
• Working knowledge of Landing Zone architecture and enterprise cloud foundations.
• Proficiency in Terraform (IaC); scripting (Python/Bash) is a plus.
• Understanding of cloud networking, VPC/Subnetting, VPN, load balancers, firewalls.
• Knowledge of cloud security, identity management, encryption, compliance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years ICT infrastructure or Cloud Support experience.
• Experience in both Linux and Windows server environments.
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) will be advantageous.
