Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Engineering, Technology or related discipline.
• Good working knowledge of French and the confidence to teach foundational French to school students.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Interest in teaching, mentoring and working with children.

Responsibilities

• Teach ICT/Computer Studies: digital literacy, basic coding, productivity tools, responsible use of technology.
• Introduce students to practical and creative uses of computers and technology.
• Teach French at beginner to intermediate level: vocabulary, conversation, pronunciation, reading, basic writing.
• Prepare engaging lessons, classroom activities, projects and learning materials.
• Encourage hands-on learning, interaction and experimentation.
• Monitor student progress and provide guidance and feedback.
• Support school projects and technology-related activities when required.
• Collaborate with other teachers to create an engaging learning environment.
