Zusammenfassung

BNY Mellon is seeking an IBOR Accounting Senior Specialist to oversee end-to-end IBOR account processing and portfolio reconciliation across multiple portfolios. You will supervise a Middle Office IBOR team, drive resolution of breaks, and ensure data integrity in IBOR systems.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, provide guidance, and contribute to continuous improvement and AI-enabled efficiency initiatives within the team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent experience is required.
• 7+ years of total relevant work experience and experience in reconciliation and portfolio accounting is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily IBOR reconciliation tasks for multiple portfolios.
• Act as first line supervisor for task assignment and issue resolution.
• Provide oversight on review of exceptions and ensure regulatory procedures are followed.
• Direct staff development, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather data and resolve complex inquiries.
