ONE WORLD INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced IB Diploma Program Coordinator to lead assessment and curriculum alignment across the DP.

You will guide students and parents on subject choices, ensure adherence to IB requirements, and develop training for staff to support inquiry-based learning. Formación

• Minimum five (5) years in a senior leadership role in an international school environment.
• Master's degree in Education and a professional teaching qualification (PGDE/PGCE/PGCEi/NIE).
• Strong IBDP knowledge; IGCSE experience preferred.
• Experience in an international school environment preferred.
• Passionate educator with inquiry-based learning abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Counsel students and parents on subject selection and pathways.
• Ensure IB Diploma Program rules and assessment principles are followed.
• Publish and manage an assessment calendar across the programme.
• Design and lead training opportunities for teachers.
• Monitor progress and counsel students for attainment.
• Ensure adherence to internal and IBO assessment deadlines.
• Promote academic honesty, international mindedness and Learner Profile.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department to oversee student learning experiences.
